M. Jerry Weiss Book Award
The M. Jerry Weiss Book Award was established in 1994 by the New Jersey Reading Association to honor Dr. M. Jerry Weiss, distinguished professor at New Jersey City University and nationally known advocate of children's literature. The books selected have been nominated by the New Jersey Literacy Association and West Jersey Reading Council Board of Trustees. Final voting will take place with the students! Please cast your vote with your students for the chosen book within your grade level ban
